This is an on-line meditation that can be done anytime, anywhere by opening this page and following the instructions as listed below. Please note that the effects and experiences that are supposed to be occurring according to the instructions could be subjective, vary from person to person and even not fully experienced at all by some people.

STEP 2: BEGIN ON-LINE MEDITATION

* Open you eyes and look at the above logo of flying birds for a couple of minutes while still observing your breaths.

* Open your arms with your palms facing each other at chest height approximately in line with your shoulders. Rest the arms on the armrest or desk if required.

* Still looking at the logo with your palms open, slightly open your mouth, enough to suspend your tongue in the air, the tongue not touching any part of the mouth inside. Breathe normally.

* Stay still in this position, try not to make any body movement and bring your attention to your palms. You will gradually feel vibrations starting from both the palms in around 5-10 minutes or earlier.

* After you start feeling the vibrations, slightly draws your palms closer about a couple of inches and then part them again (like a slow horizontal yo-yo motion). The vibrations will feel like a magnetic pull between both the palms

* Close your eyes, remain still and feel the vibrations reaching out to every part of your body and go in the observation ode. Let yourself flow with the experience.

Continue as long as you can. Longer practice will increase the awareness and the experience. Do tell us about your experience or provide a feedback to share with the other visitors.
